Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in security or related area preferred.
• CPR certification not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner.
• Maintain complete knowledge of security operations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform all duties according to OSHA-established health and safety standards.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with store managers and employees to enhance security.
• Be attentive to potential risks or threats.
• Patrol the assigned areas to provide a safe shopping experience for patrons.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at the client site.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

Shop 60+ big brands at The Outlets at San Clemente in a stunning, Spanish-style village overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Southern California. Orange County's first and only coastal outlet shopping experience, conveniently situated between Los Angeles and San Diego.

The Outlets at San Clemente is currently hiring OvernightSecurity Officers who will take initiative and ensure a safe and positive shopping experience for our employees and shoppers.

This position's schedule will be from 10:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

• Valid Guard Card (per State requirements).
