Job summary

Cobalt AI, LLC in Utah is seeking a Physical Security Specialist for overnight on-site monitoring to support Fortune 500 clients. You will monitor live events, assess incidents, and communicate with clients to ensure rapid, accurate responses.

You\'ll work with autonomous security robots and human specialists, logging detailed reports and following escalation protocols. This role requires calm decision-making, strong communication, and a vigilant, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live patrols performed by autonomous indoor security robots
• Oversee alarms, door activity, and camera feeds tied to access control systems
• Track system performance and elevate operational issues when needed
• Review and tag security events (audio, video, ACS) using internal tools
• Assess incidents and follow clear escalation protocols based on site-specific guidelines
• Communicate with clients via robot, phone, or text as needed
• Act as the first line of contact for clients during live events or interventions
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in fast-paced situations
• Log detailed reports and communicate with Engineering or Support when needed
