Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Safety & Loss Prevention team member to patrol the property, assist guests and associates, and document all incidents and investigations. You will support emergency procedures, monitor access, and maintain confidentiality while ensuring a tranquil guest experience.

Responsibilities include responding to house calls, initiating investigations, and coordinating with management on safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Available for AM & PM shifts.
• Must communicate effectively by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able to reach various areas of the hotel/resort quickly.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure safety of guests and employees and protect assets.
• Answer house calls to assist guests and associates with safety and hotel operations.
• Initiate and follow up with investigations of crimes against property and persons.
• Assist sick/injured guests or associates and document all reporting and witness statements.
• Record and maintain incident and security reports and monitor investigations to completion.
• Monitor camera feeds, activity logs, and access control for visitors and staff.
• Escort guests needing privacy through secure hotel areas and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist management in emergency situations and lead guests and staff to safety.
