Job summary

Hotel Revival Baltimore is seeking an Overnight Loss Prevention and Safety Agent to safeguard guests and property through vigilant patrols, CCTV monitoring, and responsive reporting. The role requires collaboration with hotel departments and local authorities to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Candidates should have strong communication, time management, and the ability to act calmly under pressure. Previous security experience and CPR/AED/First Aid training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or safety is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws relevant to security.
• CPR/AED/First Aid training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises to protect guests and staff.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and log incidents accurately.
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with hotel leadership.
• Resolve conflicts with a hospitality-focused approach.
• Lock/unlock event spaces and secure rooms as directed.
• Log lost and found items and manage access control points.
