Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Driver Patrol - Overnights in Horicon, WI. You will serve clients across manufacturing and industrial sites, performing unarmed patrols, access control, and exceptional customer service.

This full-time role offers overnight shifts Tue-Sat, a starting pay of $18.50 per hour, and opportunities to contribute to a safe and compliant environment while representing a culture of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, office spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
