Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter to identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
• Complete incident and shift reports in a timely and accurate manner.
