Chesapeake Bay Beach Club is seeking an Overnight Security Officer to safeguard guests, staff, and property during overnight hours across the Waterfront Campus and CBBC-managed locations. The role emphasizes a visible security presence, access control, and prompt responses to safety concerns.

The position offers opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules, with flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Formación

• Experience in security or guard duties preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and maneuver stairs when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of all properties to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Verify the integrity of locks, alarms, and access points.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to incidents in real time.
• Provide escort services to guests upon request.
• Document observations and incidents with accurate, timely reports.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Night Audit on room-related deliveries and issues.
• Liaise with local law enforcement as needed to support safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of designated facilities and pool area.

The Overnight Security Officer safeguards guests, staff, and property during overnight hours by maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring access points and surveillance systems, and responding promptly to safety concerns. This role serves as a key point of contact for guest assistance and property protection across the Waterfront Campus and other CBBC-managed locations. Scope of Responsibilities

• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols across all assigned properties to ensure guest and staff safety
• Verify the integrity of security locks, alarms, and access points throughout the property
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to incidents in real time
• Provide escort services to guests upon request
• Document observations and incidents through accurate, timely written reports
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Night Audit teams on room-related deliveries and issues
• Liaise with local law enforcement as needed to support guest and property safety
• Maintain cleanliness of designated facilities and pool area, including routine role tows

Position Type/Work Schedule Expectation

Full-time and part-time positions are available. These roles require flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Physical Demands:
