Job summary

P4 Companies is seeking a security-forward professional to protect and assist residents and staff on site. You will perform lobby reception, monitor entrances and conduct roving patrols to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, teamwork with multiple departments, and the ability to respond promptly to incidents while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to walk up to 1 mile per shift.
• Problem solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with many teams across the community to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent proficiency in professional communications; phone, in writing, and in person.
• Computer proficiency: experience with online management tools for Key Control, CCTV view and review systems, Outlook for email and calendaring.
• Accountability for Daily Tasks, Attention to Detail, Ability to patrol property exterior at night, independently.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, visitors and staff.
• Perform site-specific duties, including customer service, lobby and visitor reception, and other assigned tasks.
• Conduct routine security patrols (rover duties) of the property, monitoring for any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Monitor and identify security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and emergency situations, reporting them as required.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to security protocols and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and security teams to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and other security-related responsibilities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.
• Document and report all security incidents, maintenance issues, and observations from patrols.

Minimum Qualifications:
