Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Security Guard to join our team. The role involves patrolling the property both inside and out, ensuring doors and stairwells remain secure, and responding to incidents with calm professionalism.

You will monitor cameras and alarm systems, escort disruptive guests, and document daily activities. Ideal candidates bring at least two years in security, a high school diploma, and a commitment to hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in a security role.
• High School education required; post-high school education preferred.
• Peace Officer training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol property inside and outside during shifts.
• Check doors and stairwells to ensure security.
• Respond to complaints and calls for help.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
• Escort unruly patrons and loiterers from the property.
• Assist with securing taxis for intoxicated guests.
• Complete end-of-shift reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assists with securing taxi for inebriated guests
• Fills out report at end of shift

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of two (2) years in Security role
• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred, Peace Office training preferred

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings
