Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years of experience in retail operations or equivalent.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock across departments including Fishing, Hunting, Camping and Apparel.
• Assist inventory counts and price-change execution with signage updates.
• Perform recovery tasks and support visual merchandising directives.
• Support planogram maintenance and semi-annual resets as needed.
• Participate in OMNI fulfillment during peak times.
