Job summary

WPSFresh in Minnesota is seeking dependable 3rd Shift Sanitation Employees to keep our food production facility clean, safe, and ready for production. The overnight position works in a refrigerated environment and involves cleaning equipment, production lines, floors, and complying with sanitation procedures.

The schedule is Sunday–Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with possible overtime based on production needs. No prior sanitation experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Dependable and willing to work overnight shifts.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food processing areas, equipment, and production lines.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for thorough cleaning.
• Wash floors, walls, drains, and ceilings; remove debris and residue.
• Follow SSOPs, Master Sanitation Schedule, GMPs, HACCP, USDA/FDA rules.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain sanitation logs and document actions.
