Huck's Market Store #406 in Paducah, KY is seeking a Sales Associate for overnight shifts. This role supports store operations, customer service, and cash handling to help our 100% employee-owned company meet its goals.

You will follow the MAKE IT RIGHT method for conflicts, stock shelves, assist with inventory, and promote Huck's Bucks loyalty app. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and provides courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards.
• Ensures store appearance reflects company expectations and standards.
• Store is open and ready for business during all hours.
• Handles customer conflicts using MAKE IT RIGHT.
• Performs tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Follows all federal, state and local laws and ordinances pertaining to store operation.
• Keeps to the posted work schedule; changes coordinated with Store Manager.
• Operates shift within company guidelines and policies.
• Records all sales, hours, voids, refunds and price overrides accurately.
• Advises Store Manager of personnel issues and policy violations affecting performance.
• Treats all coworkers and customers with dignity and respect.
• Maintains compliance with Company Responsible Retailing policy.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are followed and cash is secure.
• Keeps store clean, stocked and safe; maintains equipment per policy.
• Monitors and maintains safe and compliant working environment.
• Promotes Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers and assists sign-up and usage.
