Job summary

Goose’s Edge Inc. is hiring an Overnight Cashier at Queen K Texaco – Kailua-Kona, Hawaiʻi. This full-time, 32+ hour per week role offers competitive starting pay and a generous $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly Overnight Cashier who enjoys working independently while providing outstanding customer service.

• Starting pay of $19.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with friendly, exceptional service
• Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked
• Follow all alcohol and tobacco sales laws and company procedures
• Follow company safety and security policies
• Help ensure the store is clean, safe, and ready for the morning crew

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Friendly with excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
• Able to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment

Eligible new full-time hires can earn a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus !

Bonus Payout Schedule

• $500 after successfully completing your 90-day introductory period , in accordance with the Goose's Edge Employee Handbook.
• $500 after completing an additional 30 days of active employment (120 days total).
• $500 after completing another 30 days of active employment (150 days total).

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for each payment, employees must:

• Successfully complete the introductory period.
• Remain actively employed through each payout date.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance, performance, and conduct in accordance with the Goose's Edge Employee Handbook.
• Be in good standing with Goose's Edge Inc. at the time each bonus is paid.

Sign-on bonus is available to eligible new full-time hires only and is subject to applicable payroll taxes.
