Starting pay is $22.00 per hour for a full-time role with benefits including vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, free employee meals during every shift, and unlimited fountain drinks. Sales bonus opportunities are available and liquor training is provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every customer with a smile
• Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions
• Stock shelves and merchandise
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
• Follow all alcohol and tobacco sales laws and company procedures
• Follow company safety and security policies
• Assist with general store operations and other duties as assigned

• Paid vacation:
• 1 week after 1 year of employment
• 2 weeks after 2 years of employment

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every customer with a smile
• Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions
• Stock shelves and merchandise
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
• Follow all alcohol and tobacco sales laws and company procedures
• Follow company safety and security policies
• Assist with general store operations and other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Eight-hour shifts
• Flexible availability required
• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts as business needs require
• Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
• Indoor work with occasional outdoor duties
• Frequent interaction with customers and coworkers

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, climb, and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive cash register and stocking duties
