Prairie St. John's in Fargo, ND is hiring a Full-Time Overnight House Charge RN to lead night shift care for behavioral health patients. This 32-hour week runs 11:45 pm–8:30 am, with every other weekend and holiday, plus a $12,000 sign-on bonus and $6,000 annual student loan reimbursement.

The RN assesses, plans, intervenes and documents care, ensures staffing coverage, and coordinates with medical teams to maintain safe, high-quality treatment. North Dakota RN license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in North Dakota or eligible to receive/renew.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate night shift care for behavioral health patients.
• Assess, plan, intervene, teach, discharge and document patient care.
• Ensure staffing coverage and coordinate with physicians and treatment teams.
• Monitor emergencies and oversee unit operations during overnight shifts.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
