Job summary

Good Samaritan in Larimore, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for overnight, full-time 12-hour shifts. Compensation starts at $32.50/hr plus an on-site sign-on bonus of $30,000, with weekend/holiday rotation and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

The RN will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate resident care, collaborate with the care team, and support residents across all phases of care while maintaining standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Full-time overnight shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process and collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education, ensuring safe and effective outcomes.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
