Job summary

Pembroke Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for behavioral health. You may work day shifts (6:45am–3:15pm) or overnight shifts (10:45pm–7:15am) with potential overtime and shift coverage opportunities. An $8,000 sign-on bonus applies to overnight shifts.

The RN will join a multidisciplinary team and care for teens, adults, and older adults in a 120-bed inpatient setting, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN License is required.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing is preferred.
• Ability to work day or overnight shifts with flexible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients.
• Provide general and psychiatric nursing care.
• Identify patient needs and document significant changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan interventions.
