Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Overnight Retailer Merchandisers for a 5-day project in Lake Zurich, IL and more locations, paying $20/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience. You will support a large retail reset by replacing paper price tags with electronic shelf labels and documenting progress using our app.

Start Date: September 27th, 2026 at 10:00 PM. Shift length: 8.5 hours with an unpaid lunch break.

Qualifications

• Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App.

Responsibilities

• Unbox electronic shelf label kits and verify materials.
• Remove paper price tags from store shelves.
• Install new electronic shelf labels and tags in designated departments.
• Remove trash and dispose of it properly.
• Palletize excess materials for pickup.

Schedule & Hours

• Pay: $20per hour
• Start Date: September 27th, 2026
• Start Time: 10:00 PM
• Shift Length: 8.5 hours (Unpaid Lunch Break)
• Arrival: Must arrive 15 minutes early

Responsibilities

• Unbox electronic shelf label kits and verify all materials are included
• Remove paper price tags from store shelves
• Install new strips, electronic shelf labels, and associated tags in designated departments
• Remove trash from the store and dispose of it in the dumpster
• Palletize excess materials for pickup

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience:Provenretailmerchandising experience
• Physical Ability:Lift up to 50lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Technology:Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
• Other:18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• DressCode:Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plainshirtor polo.Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
