Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Overnight Retailer Merchandisers for a 5-day project in Fox River Grove and Algonquin, IL, paying $19/hr. This retail-focused role requires prior merchandising experience and uses our app to document progress.

The position supports a large retail reset, replacing paper price tags with electronic shelf labels. Start September 20, 2026, with an 8.5-hour shift and unpaid lunch break.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App.
• 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Business casual dress code: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo.

Responsibilities

• Unbox electronic shelf label kits and verify materials.
• Remove paper price tags from store shelves.
• Install new electronic shelf labels and tags in designated departments.
• Remove trash from the store and dispose of it in the dumpster.
• Palletize excess materials for pickup.

Schedule & Hours

• Pay: $19per hour
• Start Date: September 20th, 2026
• Start Time: 10:00 PM
• Shift Length: 8.5 hours (Unpaid Lunch Break)
• Arrival: Must arrive 15 minutes early
