Job summary

Jacksons Food Stores, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Cashier in Rialto, CA to support late-night operations. You will process transactions, keep the store clean, and help create a welcoming environment for guests during the overnight hours.

The role offers a 10:00pm–7:00am shift with a differential for overnight hours. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service.
• Apply discounts and promotions as applicable while following all company policies and laws related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out.
• Stock and rotate shelves, coolers, and displays properly.
• Assist with additional store duties as needed.

Shift: 10:00pm - 7:00am.

*Overnight Shift Differential: To be eligible, you must work at least 4 hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
• Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
