express mart is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Team Member (Customer Service Representative) in Imperial, MO. You will greet customers, operate cash registers, stock shelves, keep the store clean, and ensure food service standards are followed.

This role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts with a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Competenze

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures is a plus.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Your role will include merchandising, running the register, housekeeping and loss prevention, ensuring compliance with all company policies and store standards.
