Responsibilities

• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in safety, housekeeping, and store recovery throughout the day.
• Assist in shrink reduction and adhere to labor policies.
