Job summary

express mart Union, MO is seeking a reliable Team Member (Customer Service Representative) to greet customers, run the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe. You will interact with guests in a fast-paced setting and contribute to an excellent shopping experience.

This role supports day, evening, and overnight shifts with a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 and potential shift differentials; full- or part-time opportunities are available, with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with cash registers.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures is a plus.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
