Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Medford, MA to help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life while delivering a welcoming guest experience. The base pay is $18.00 per hour with an overnight premium of $2.00 per hour for late shifts.

Availability for weekends and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required. You will perform varied duties from food prep and sanitation to greeting guests, taking orders, and supporting dine-in or delivery operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Responsabilités

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas
• Support overnight operations and adapt to varying schedules
