Wonder is hiring a Team Member in East Providence. You will help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life while delivering a welcoming guest experience. The role supports growth, skill development, and collaboration within a fast-paced, energetic team.

Expect a base pay of $18.00 per hour, with overnight premiums and bonuses for certified team members and trainers. Benefits include meal during shifts, insurance options, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, including temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, portion accurately, and ensure orders are correct.
• Greet guests, assist with orders and payments, and support app operations.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
