Wonder Mechanicsburg seeks Team Members to help bring menus from celebrated chefs to life while delivering an inviting guest experience. Prepare items to Wonder standards, maintain clean stations, and assist with orders, payments, and app support.

Role supports overnight and varied shifts, with benefits including meals, insurance, and a 401(k). Growth into Trainer and Supervisor roles is encouraged in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by local health departments.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: greet guests, assist with orders, pickups, payments, and app use.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines and monitor temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans and ensure accuracy before orders go out.
• Be a Key Part of the Team: support teammates, stay positive, and help with additional duties.
