Job summary

You will perform patrols, handle emergencies, and provide courteous guest interactions, using resort radios and Perspective Software to coordinate. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred, especially customer/guest service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record required.
• National EMT certification preferred.
• Ability to remain composed, diplomatic, and tactful during challenging situations.
• Ability to visually recognize signs of an emergency and act appropriately.
• Ability to walk extensively and climb stairs during shifts.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; able to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active interior, exterior, and perimeter foot patrols throughout the resort.
• Identify and address potential safety risks and security concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for guests, associates, and property.
• Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies, hazards, disturbances, or threats.
• Screen entrants to confirm purpose and authorization.
• Escort guests and associates as needed and assist with lock concerns using handheld devices.
• Monitor CCTV, report unusual activity, and document incidents accurately.
• Complete initial incident reports with thorough documentation.
