Zusammenfassung

Cascadia Health seeks Mental Health Aide I or II for residential programs in the Greater Portland area. You will support adults with mental health needs, implement care plans, assist with daily living, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery.

Overnight and other shifts are available; compensation ranges from $21.90 to $25.84 per hour, DOE, with additional shift differentials per program. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent for MH Aide I.
• MH Aide II requires QMHA credential or 3 years mental health work experience; bachelor’s degree in an approved behavioral science field also accepted.
• Certification must be current per MHACBO requirements.

• Implement and monitor treatment plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide individual and group-based therapeutic interventions.
• Supervise residents in daily living activities, self-care, and community integration.
