River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate Residential Support Staff for the Billingslea Recovery Residence, providing support for adult males in recovery from substance abuse. You will assist clients with personal hygiene, daily care, and transport within the facility.

Located at 1243 First Avenue, Macon, GA, this role requires strong interpersonal skills and a high school diploma. Flexible hours include overnight shifts with some weekend and holiday work.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable attitude is essential.
• Basic knowledge of nursing care and hygiene practices required.
• Must have a clean driver’s history.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare clients for treatment or examinations.
• Transport/accompany clients within the facility.
