Job summary

NFI North, Inc. in Bradford, NH, is seeking Awake Overnight Direct Care Counselors for its Transitional Housing Program.

This residential treatment and day program helps adults with mental illness gain skills for independent living, with strong staff support and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, offering guidance, and modeling positive behavior while promoting personal responsibility, social skills, and medication monitoring as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with client population.
• Experience in behavioral health or residential programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of participants and provide ongoing support.
• Guide and role model personal responsibility, social skills, and medication monitoring where applicable.
