Are you the Overnight Residential Counselor we have been looking for? In this position, youwillbe ableto conveyyourpassionforhelping otherswith a dynamic teamby bringing anenergetic and positive approachwhile working with our clients!

Little Heroes Home is a Group Home treatment setting for latency-aged clients that specializes intraumainformed care.Little Heroes provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 10:00PM to 8:00AM (can be flexible to have out at 6:30AM if needed)

Salary: $22 hourly

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of students.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checkswill be performed.
