About the role:

The Overnight Residential Concierge will uphold Four Seasons Culture Standards, as they are the first and last impression of our residences. Responsibilities include escorting and providing orientation to residents and guests, handling parcels promptly and accurately, and responding to requests efficiently according to our standards. The role requires flexibility to handle duties related to move-ins, move-outs, construction requests, and more.

What you will do:

• Provide information regarding hotel events, outlets, and amenities
• Answer telephones at the residences concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc.
• Perform special projects as assigned by supervisors or the Residential Office Manager
• Properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
• Know city activities such as theater, arts, exhibits, concerts, sports, sightseeing, and establish contacts to assist residents with information, tickets, reservations, etc.
• Recite all hotel services, hours, key personnel, and policies
• Coordinate with Valet Parking staff for vehicle handling
• Work with Residence Pages for luggage, package, message handling, and requests
• Use hotel computer and phone systems effectively

Schedule & Hours:
