Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Night Aide to provide personal care for residential students during the overnight hours. The role includes supervising students, assisting with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and following safety plans.

Requirements include an Associate's degree, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proper clearances (Acts 34, 114, 151). The schedule is Sundays through Thursdays, 11:00pm–7:00am, 187 days per year.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Ability to work overnight with residential students.
• Clearances for Acts 34, 114, and 151.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide continuous overnight supervision of students.
• Assist with personal care needs (feeding, toileting, mobility, hygiene).
• Implement safety plans and maintain a safe residential environment.
• Collect and record data on student performance and behavior as directed.
