The hours are as followed: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 10:00pm- 8:00am
OVERVIEW: Chrysalis House is a maternity group home for pregnant or parenting runaway and homeless young women ages 16-21. Staff will utilize a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to working with youth. The program includes independent living skill building, case management, and opportunities to strengthen permanent connections with their family and community. Aside from responding to emergencies during the night, overnight staff duties include engaging residents in the evening and morning to prepare them for the day.
The Chrysalis House Overnight Resident Assistant will be on-site and available to support and supervise Chrysalis House clients and their children from 10pm-8am, Monday to Friday, and on weekends and holidays. The awake rate is from 10pm-12am and 6am-8am, with sleep time from 12am-6am. This is a twelve-month position.
A minimum of an Associate's Degree in human services, education, or a related field, and 1-year experience or equivalent education, employment, and life experience.

Must be able to be mobile to perform services. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer are recommended.
$19 - $21 per hour
