Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter (Part Time) at our Rogers, MN location. You will focus on non-selling tasks during overnight hours to keep shelves fresh and ready for the next day’s operations.

Responsibilities include replenishment across departments, supporting inventory counts, price changes, merchandising updates, and planogram execution. You will collaborate with leadership and Sales Outfitters to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience preferred in retail or merchandising.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment across departments during overnight hours.
• Support inventory counts, tag updates, and end-cap refreshes.
• Execute price changes and signage updates as directed.
• Perform recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, and re-hanging merch.
• Assist with planogram compliance and visual merchandising directives.
• Support omni fulfillment during peak periods.
