Provides oversight of Shuttle Bus service, utilizing reporting methods and radio communications. Monitors vehicle and manpower availability, creates reports, and maintains documentation related to daily bus operations. Supports bus operations per policies and procedures to ensure service reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Shuttle Bus service using reporting methods and radio communications.
  • Monitor vehicle and manpower availability daily.
  • Create reports and compile documentation for bus operations.
  • Support and direct bus operations to maintain service reliability.
  • Accurately predict shuttle bus movements and arrivals.
  • Respond to customer volume changes, creating solutions as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet division goals.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Two years' experience in a relevant transportation role preferred.
  • Experience with bus or shuttle operations, especially passenger movement.
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and computer devices.
  • Knowledge of company policies and transportation regulations, including ADA requirements.
  • Familiarity with devices like radios, computers, cameras, and measuring tools.
  • Enthusiastic team player with integrity and a willingness to contribute.
