Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Minimum of one year in mental health or psychosocial rehab preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overnight hours.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and other activities.
• Assist with money management and budgeting skills.
• Support scheduling and attending appointments.
• Provide diet coaching and encourage healthy lifestyle choices.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting dignity and independence.
• Teach independent living and life skills.
• Encourage personal responsibility and self-determination.
• Monitor safety and maintain documentation.
