Job summary

Lamoni Specialty Care, a 43-bed long-term care skilled nursing community, is hiring an RN for overnight shifts (8-hour; 12-hour option). This full-time RN role at Lamoni, IA focuses on delivering comprehensive care as a Charge Nurse in a skilled nursing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Iowa RN license, CPR certification, and a solid understanding of long-term care regulations, with a compassionate, respectful, and patient approach toward residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in good standing in Iowa.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to residents as a Charge Nurse (RN).
• Overnight coverage; ensure care continuity and safety during 10 PM–6 AM shifts.
