Job summary

NANA Healthcare Management, LLC is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Dunwoody, GA for overnight coverage. We welcome PRN, part-time, and full-time applicants who can work overnight shifts in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, administering medications, and maintaining documentation in the EMR while collaborating with the treatment team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or compact RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, residential, PHP/IOP, or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and medication administration skills.
• Ability to recognize and respond to changes in patient condition; strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the clinical team.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to patients throughout the overnight shift.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor patient condition.
• Obtain and document vital signs and other clinical observations.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patients for changes in medical or behavioral status.
• Respond to medical and psychiatric concerns or emergencies.
• Communicate significant changes in condition to the appropriate provider and clinical leadership.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic treatment environment.
• Collaborate with BHTs, therapists, providers, and other treatment team members.
• Complete shift-to-shift communication and handoff.
• Follow all nursing, safety, and organizational policies.

Skills

Overnight Shift | $38–$48/hour, based on experience

NANA Healthcare Management, LLC is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing healthcare team in Dunwoody, GA for overnight coverage.

We are open to PRN, part-time, and full-time RNs who are interested in working overnight shifts. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys a collaborative environment and providing quality care within a behavioral health setting.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Compensation
