Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 3 years in social services, especially in recovery programs.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; able to work across cultures.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends/holidays and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake and discharge processing, including paperwork.
• Check residents in/out and document times and details.
• Manage safety procedures and respond to emergencies with calm, professional conduct.
• Oversee medication distribution and maintain accurate counts.
• Provide emotional support and maintain respectful, empathetic interactions with residents.
