Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Receiving Associate to support our warehouse operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will unload, audit, and stage products, ensure proper paperwork, and help rotate inventory while adhering to safety and lift policies; forklift certification is preferred. Full-time and part-time roles are available with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stage products for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork.

• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Base PayThis role has a minimum base pay from $15.55 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.PurposeThe Receiving Associate is responsible for assisting in the warehouse operations of the retail store. In addition, the Receiving Associate is responsible for unloading, auditing, and staging product to recover store inventory. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.Minimum Eligibility Requirements1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferredExperience driving a forklift is preferredEffective communication skills (oral and written)Attentive to detailAbility to work in different weather conditionsAbility to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlinesAvailable to work extended hours, especially during peak seasonsEssential FunctionsAct in a manner that is consistent with the company’s core valuesEnsure products are staged for counting and inspectionEnsure all receiving paperwork is properly completedEnsure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety proceduresOversee the rotation of inventories within the warehousePerform other related duties as directed by managementDemonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the company’s safe lifting practices and standard operating proceduresComplete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified)Working Conditions (travel, hours, environment)While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
