Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in our Fort Myers store. You will unload, audit, and stage products, ensuring accurate paperwork and efficient inventory rotation.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with pay starting at $15.10 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. Forklift certification and the ability to work in varying weather and fast-paced conditions are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Unload, audit, and stage products for inventory counts.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately and store products safely.
• Follow safety procedures and learn/safely apply lifting practices.
• Assist management with related duties as assigned.

Base PayThis role has a minimum base pay from $15.10 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.PurposeThe Receiving Associate is responsible for assisting in the warehouse operations of the retail store. In addition, the Receiving Associate is responsible for unloading, auditing, and staging product to recover store inventory.
