Job summary

Drummac, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an overnight Coach Cleaner to clean passenger rail cars per train schedules while strictly following health, safety, and company policies.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license, with prior janitorial experience preferred. Responsibilities include cleaning lighting fixtures, floors, seats, restrooms, upholstery, and trash areas; replacing light bulbs; and reporting faulty equipment to supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in janitorial services is preferred.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment screening process.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, floors, seats, surfaces and trim.
• Cleans passenger cars, restrooms and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes windows, door panels and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets, empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replaces light bulbs.
• Follows Drummac guidelines for conduct.
• Keeps area around dumpsters clean and secure.
• Notifies supervisor of any faulty equipment.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
