Job summary

Transco Rail Services is seeking a Cleaner to handle all aspects of car cleaning, including inspection, care and maintenance of equipment used in the cleaning process.

You will enter confined spaces with PPE, clean interiors of tank and hopper cars, inspect interiors for customer and company requirements, maintain a tidy work area, and report hazards; a drug screen and physical are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with tank car cleaning and inspection is preferred.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and with PPE is required.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of tank and hopper cars and inspect for compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner and report potential hazards.
• Perform physical activities that require use of arms/legs and moving the body, including climbing and lifting.
• Work in confined spaces and at heights with proper PPE and fall protection.
