Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in California seeks a hands-on radiopharmaceutical production professional for an overnight role. You will synthesize, QC, package, and ship radiopharmaceuticals, while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and safety.

You will support manufacturing with preventive maintenance and calibration of analytical equipment, interact with couriers and customers, and maintain detailed quality documentation in a fast-paced lab setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Specialized skill training or certification may be required.
• Physical Demands: lift up to 100 lbs in a fast-paced lab.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and independent work abilities.
• Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and email.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize, quality control, packaging, logistics, and regulatory compliance of radiopharmaceuticals used in imaging and treatment.
• Support manufacturing via preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical equipment.
• Communicate with couriers and customers to ensure timely delivery of biomarkers.
• Maintain aseptic (cleanroom) environments for sterile injectable materials production.
• Perform environmental monitoring and maintain safety and regulatory standards.
• Operate instruments (HPLC, GC, TLC) and cyclotron for production and QC of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Document manufacturing, QC, maintenance, investigations, deviations, and out-of-spec events.
