Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is hiring for an overnight radiopharmaceutical technician in California to oversee synthesis, quality control, and logistics of radiopharmaceuticals used in diagnostic imaging and treatment.

The role includes maintaining regulatory compliance and working with analytical equipment, couriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery. A strong emphasis on GDP, safety, and documentation accompanies comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized skill training may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work overtime as needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and use basic computer tools (spreadsheets, word processing, email).

Responsibilities

• Operate chemistry instruments (HPLC, GC, TLC) and cyclotron for manufacturing and quality control of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Document manufacturing, quality control, preventive maintenance, investigations, deviations, and out-of-specification events.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting of critical equipment.
• Coordinate courier logistics and provide customer support.
• Maintain aseptic environments (cleanroom) for sterile consumables production.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sterile and regulatory standards.
