Woodland Estates Senior Living in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated Medication Administrator to provide resident care and accurate medication delivery. You will document actions in the eMAR system and monitor patient wellbeing under supervision.

The role requires dementia training, experience with seniors, and a Medication Administration qualification, with a focus on safety and compassionate care in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Dementia training.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to identified residents according to regulations.
• Complete medication administration documentation.
• Order medications and supplies as needed.
• Report problems or errors to Clinical Wellness Manager.
• Record incidents and progress notes in the eMAR system.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report to supervisor.
• Take resident vital signs as directed.
• Assist residents with ADLs as outlined in their care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and disasters.
• Plan duties with minimal direction from the supervisor.
