Awake Overnight Position Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 9p-7a

Make a Difference

Join our Norfolk team as an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help adults with developmental disabilities live meaningful, independent lives. This position is primarily based out of our team near ODU and includes providing overnight support to the Princess Anne team located in Ghent. Staff will travel approximately 1.6 miles between locations several times throughout the night to respond to support needs and ensure the health and safety of the individuals we serve.

Hourly Pay: $17.32 - $20.32, plus benefits!

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to assist individuals with completing activities of daily living.
• Experience through education or work history that demonstrates reliability/dependability.
• Skill to complete satisfactorily: Medication Certification, Medicaid Waiver Certification, First Aid/CPR, Mandt, and other requirements associated with orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
• Skill in locating and accessing community resources.
