Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour. The hours are 10p - 6am

This job requires consistent deep cleaning of gym equipment, locker rooms, bathrooms and have customer service experience. Must be reliable and have reliable transportation. Must be able to show up to work on time and ready to handle daily tasks.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

  • Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
  • Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
  • Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
  • Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
