Job Responsibilities:

• Provides direction related to operations, processes, and conditions of their area.
• Plans, guides, and empowers team members in the day-to-day operation of the department.
• Models exceptional customer experience and helps achieve department goals.
• Engages peers to provide the best shopping experience, including checkout.
• Communicates with team members and assigns daily tasks.
• Mentors and coaches team members to exceed customer service and sales goals.
• Supports training and cross-training of team members.
• Works with leadership on department scheduling to enhance engagement and performance.
• Monitors product freshness and compliance with safety standards.
• Leads ordering, receiving, stocking, and product display activities.
• Creates an inclusive environment valuing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
• Operates registers and powered equipment as needed.
• Participates in inventory processes.
• May act in Lead capacity in other departments.

Qualifications:
